Heart Awakening therapies use the wisdom of nature to awaken and facilitate deep nourishing transformation.
Working with indigenous wisdom and buddhist practices as well as contemporary therapies I aim to support individuals and groups on their path of awakening.

Conscious connected breathing is a natural active meditation practice. It can aid in helping us to release challenging emotions, unresolved traumas and release stagnant energy out of the body. It supports our wellbeing by decreasing anxiety, stress, old pain and grief.
